Terms of Service

You must follow our Rules at all times. We may warn, mute, kick, ban, or IP-ban any player, and remove any content, at our discretion — with or without notice — to keep the community safe and fair.

Everything in the game — currency, generators, items, ranks, plots, and other progress — is a licensed, non-transferable privilege with no real-world monetary value. You do not own it. We may adjust, reset, or remove any of it (for balance, maintenance, seasons, or rule enforcement), and it may be lost due to bugs, resets, or downtime. Beta progress in particular may be wiped before or at launch.

ForgeVault is a private beta provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, that the service will be error-free, or that data won't be lost. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the server or website at any time.

The store is not yet open. If and when purchases become available, they will support server operation, are for cosmetic/quality-of-life perks only (never pay-to-win), and — except where required by law or a payment provider's own policy — are generally non-refundable. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban. Any sale of virtual goods complies with Minecraft's commercial usage guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeVault and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress, or purchases, arising from your use of the service.
