Privacy Policy

Your Minecraft username and UUID, your IP address, and your in-game activity — chat, commands, playtime, economy balances, plots, and gameplay events. This is standard for running a Minecraft server and is needed for the game to work and for moderation.

Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated when you visit the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP as part of serving those fonts.

Whitelist access is handled through our Discord. If you join it, your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own privacy policy; we see your Discord username and any info you share there.

To operate and maintain the server and website; to enforce our Rules; to prevent cheating, abuse, and security threats (including IP-based bans and rate-limiting); and to make backups so progress can be restored.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the service — e.g. our hosting infrastructure, Discord, and (if you ever make a purchase) a payment processor — or where required by law.

Server backups are kept on a rolling schedule (roughly the last two weeks) and then automatically deleted. Logs are rotated regularly. Account and gameplay data is kept while your account is active on the server.

ForgeVault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what is needed to run the game. If you are under 13, please use the server only with a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

You can request that we delete your data by contacting us (see below). Note that some records may be retained where necessary for security, moderation, or legal reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data.
